Overview
The Jetrion® 3010 Inkjet system from EFI™ is designed for mailing, packaging and specialty applications. This drop-on-demand (DOD) system runs with UV or solvent inks at speeds up to 1,000 fpm (305 m/min) and can be mounted anywhere – in the bindery, inline with a press and with a mail-table or a folder/gluer. It is a highly reliable, easy-to-use system that helps printers meet the growing market pressure for new substrates, designs and variable data printing in short runs.
Feature Highlights
- Comes with flexible printing options. The printer has a vertical resolution of 90 to 583 dpi and a horizontal resolution of 67 to 460 dpi to handle a variety of applications. It also has a print width of 1” (25mm) at 256 dpi and is expandable for wider print widths meaning businesses can expand their range of services and increase profitability.
- Delivers high speed for faster turnaround. The Jetrion 3010 Inkjet System from EFI enables companies to increase productivity and streamline overhead costs with speeds up to 410 fpm (125 m/min) at 256 dpi in process direction and up to 1,000 fpm (305 m/min) at 100 dpi.
- Offers a reliable, easy to use system. With solvent and UV-curable inks the Jetrion 3010 Inkjet System is a highly reliable solution compared to maintenance-intensive technology alternatives such as continuous inkjet (CIJ).
- Prints on many substrates. Since it uses the same inks as the Jetrion 3025, it can print on paper, coated stock, films, foils or plastic cards and other challenging substrates, enabling businesses to offer clients many different options.
